Shipping
Scanfit strives to ship orders placed before 1:00 PM on the same day if the Body Pilot is in stock. If the Body Pilot is not in stock, this will be clearly stated on the product page, and the alternative shipping terms described on the product page will apply. (Orders placed after this time are shipped the following business day.
We offer home delivery and delivery to parcel shops via GLS. The expected delivery time is 1–3 days.
Returns
We provide a 100-day full return policy for items purchased in our webshop. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a full refund within 100 days of receiving the product. Within this 100-day period, you must notify us via email at support@scanfithealth.com if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
We cover return shipping costs, meaning there is no risk in trying our products. Customers retain their right of withdrawal even if the item is damaged or reduced in value due to use. Our refund policy focuses on customer satisfaction because we live and breathe for happy customers!

We will send you a return label, which you must print and attach to the package. (We cover the cost of return shipping.)
Prices
All prices on ScanfitHealth.com include VAT and other applicable fees.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice. We also reserve the right to discontinue or sell out of products without prior notice.
Payment
Scanfit accepts payments via VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, and bank transfer. Payments will only be deducted from your account once the product is shipped.
All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued items.
Warranty
We provide a 2-year warranty in accordance with Danish consumer law. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults. Depending on the situation, you may have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction. The warranty does not cover issues caused by incorrect handling of the product/service.
You must report any issues within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. Scanfit will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Note: Cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments will not be accepted.
Refunds
If a refund is required, please provide your bank account details (registration and account number) so the agreed amount can be transferred. These details can be safely sent via email or other electronic means, as they are not sensitive information and will only be used for processing the refund.
Reimbursements
If you withdraw your purchase, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid to us, including shipping fees.
Reimbursements will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned item unless you provide documentation showing that you have returned the item.
